Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Wildflower case as much as we do, which is why we offer a 15-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that limited edition drops and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Case

  Place the unused case back in its original Wildflower box and secure it in a padded mailing envelope to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
